Ring Sizing – Professionally done by one of 3 full time bench jewelers.

Sizing the ring, checking stones, tightening prongs, and refinishing the piece like new is included in every project. We also provide a 1year warranty on every job.

Restoration – This has been our specialty since the doors opened.  Repairs are done exactly in original form. The bench jewelers use knowledge they have from 124 years combined experience to restore pieces from the 1800’s until present. Vitor Toniolo has done restoration for museum pieces in the past and there is no project that cannot be done. We will try our best and be blunt about the options and outcomes. We can do what most others won’t touch.

Restringing – This is done with the highest quality materials.  We follow the same time-honored principles that many of the Japanese companies use to string pearls. 

Engraving - Done one of two ways, either by machine or by computer.  From simple ring engraving to even the most discriminating designs.

Repairs – Done exactly for specifications by manufacturer and by exceeding the standards of The Association of Jewelers of America.  The master craftsmen continually go above and beyond for every repair.  Once the job is complete the client will never know the piece was ever broken.

Appraisals  Our certified diamond appraiser utilizes our GIA (Gem Institute of America) accredited Diamond Grading Lab to prepare expert appraisals for insurance, estate, and fair market value purposes.
